Delivery:

UK Delivery

Delivery within the UK is free on our website.

Delivery will be made with Royal Mail using a tracked 48 service.

You can upgrade the delivery service to Tracked 24 at an additional cost of £2.00 per order.

Dispatch time frames

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days (working days are Monday - Friday).

Please note if you upgrade your delivery, this will only affect the delivery time-frame, and not the dispatch time frame.

International Delivery

We ship to all corners of the world (with the exclusion of a few products due to international laws). If you would like to receive our products overseas please purchase through our Etsy store. https://suppliesforlife.etsy.com

I placed an order but it hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

You’ll receive an email when we dispatch your order, which is usually within three working days of placing your order. Occasionally there can be delays with Royal Mail, which are outside of our control. However we will do our best to help.

Firstly, please check your tracking information, as it may be that delivery has been attempted but no one was in.  If you still need further help, please contact us at hello@suppliesforlife.co.uk quoting your order number and we will do our best to help.

If things go wrong:

I placed an order but it isn't as expected. What should I do?

Occasionally mistakes can happen, we are human and work in a very small team. If something seems amiss with your order, please contact us at hello@suppliesforlife.co.uk and we will do everything we can to put things right. 

Returns:

I placed an order but have changed my mind. What should I do?

We do accept returns on non personalised or bespoke items within 30 days of receipt of order.

Please contact us to let us know you would like to return your order at hello@suppliesforlife.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the the item returns to us in a resealable condition.

Once we receive the return in perfect condition, we will arrange a refund, by the original payment method.

Please note we do not accept returns on any personalised orders, or orders that have a bespoke element made for you. Please check carefully any spellings when personalising your order.

We offer multiple payment options including Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Apple Pay. 

Packaging:

How do you package your products?

We package our orders carefully to minimise any damage in transit. We try to avoid the use of plastics, and only ever reuse plastics that we have received in stock orders. 

Wholesale:

Do you sell wholesale?

Currently we do not sell wholesale as standard. If you have a shop and are interested in stocking our products please contact us at hello@suppliesforlife.co.uk

Do you take corporate orders?

Bespoke:

Do you take bespoke orders?

VAT:

 Do you charge VAT?

VAT is included in the product price.
